Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from or using xtendr-arcs.com (the "Site"). By placing an order or accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this Site and/or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

2. Age Requirement

XTENDR ARCS products are lighters intended for adult use only. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to purchase and possess a lighter in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe was placed by a minor.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including colors, dimensions, extension lengths, and features. Due to monitor settings, colors may appear slightly different in person. Stated specifications (e.g., 2.5 ft, 3.2 ft extension) reflect standard operating conditions and individual results may vary. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or modify products at any time without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods offered through Shopify's secure checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipping name and address will be shared with Amazon and its logistics network solely for the purpose of delivering your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and issued a full refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before placing an order.

8. Safe Use & Liability Disclaimer

XTENDR ARCS lighters are tools that produce ignition. You assume full responsibility for safe and lawful use. Always:

  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Keep away from flammable materials beyond the intended ignition point
  • Read all included instructions before use
  • Never leave a lit lighter unattended

XTENDR ARCS is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, or failure to follow safety instructions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including product names, logos, images, descriptions, and design — is the property of XTENDR ARCS and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XTENDR ARCS and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
