Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Fulfillment
XTENDR ARCS orders are fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging — this is normal and does not affect your product or warranty in any way.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states including Alaska and Hawaii. Estimated delivery times after processing:
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the tracking number is generated. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. XTENDR ARCS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@xtendr-arcs.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order is fulfilled. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
If your package is confirmed lost, contact us at support@xtendr-arcs.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. XTENDR ARCS is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address that are subsequently stolen.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@xtendr-arcs.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Delays
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, high-demand periods (holidays), severe weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
